This black and white postcard says "Things that help when I feel burnt out" in hand drawn letters. On one side, the hand drawn circled give examples like: going to bed early, reading, saying no, making a list, etc. And the other size of the postcard has empty circles for you to fill in your own things that help when you feel burnt out.
