I wanted to print Instagram photos for our wall, so I made this poster using only Instagram photos. I used InDesign to create the grid and Costco to print this on 24×36 photo paper, for $15.99. I uploaded the JPG file I made in InDesign to the Costco website and ordered the print. The frame is from Ikea.

My phone camera is an iPhone 4s and I’m quite happy with the quality of photos. I like to print Instagram photos because I want to be able to see the photos regularly.

Print Instagram Photos in a Photo Book

I recently made my first photo book with Blurb and used all Instagram photos. I made a 7×7 book and am very happy with the result. It’s great to have a book that our kids can look at so I don’t have to show them a folder on my laptop.

Print Instagram Photos on Magnets

I also like to print Instagram photos for our fridge and would one day like to make magnets out of my Instagram photos like Elise printed for their fridge. It would also be fun to print Instagram photos and make an inexpensive picture display.

Print Instagram Photos for Project Life

I have been documenting our family life with photos and words in a 12×12 pocket page binder, what is often referred to as “Project Life“. I am using 99.9% iPhone photos because I’d rather have an iPhone photo than no photo (and I’m happy with the iPhone photos).

37 Projects is a year-long set of projects I am attempting to complete before my 37th birthday. I have a growing list of projects I’d like to do (mostly craft projects) and I am picking from my list for this project. I was inspired by Elise Blaha Cripe’s 26 Projects. This is project #2.
